Submit Your Files for Students

You have several options for students to get your files to us. Please, refer to the guidelines below for more information. If you have questions, please call 817-257-5992 for assistance.

File Formats

We accept both digital and hard copy formats.

• Digital files:
  • PDF format  is strongly preferred. We also accept, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Publisher, plus other MS Office formats. PDFs from a Mac are accepted.
  • You may submit files via flash drive, CD, or e-mail ITPrintingServices@tcu.edu. Please include in your email detailed information as to quantity, type of stock needed, etc.  If e-mailed, call 817-257-5992 to let us know it has been sent or for any additional questions you may have.
• Hard copy:
  • Hard copy or printer-ready content on a flash drive or CD may be submitted.
